Erfolg bestätigt den Bedarf
In Kooperation mit zum Thema "Anforderungen an eine Berufsberatung im Wandel: Die Berufebranche als Motor und Problemfall". Die hohe Zahl an Anmeldungen bestätigt, dass der Bedarf an Austausch zwischen Wirtschaft und Berufsberatung groß ist.
Im Mittelpunkt der Konferenz, die im Rahmen des socialTEC-Projekts stattfindet, stehen Diskussionsforen zu einer zukunftsorientierten und bedarfsgerechten Berufsberatung. Darüber hinaus werden weiterführende Trainingsmodule zur Beratungsarbeit angeboten.
Im Dialog zwischen Vertretern der Branche und Fachleuten aus Berufsberatung, Arbeitsförderung und Arbeitsmarkt-Politik werden die spefizischen Anforderungen an die Berufsberatung erörtert.
"Die hohe Anzahl an Webzugriffen ist für uns der beste Beweis, dass es einen großen Bedarf an Austausch zwischen Wirtschaft und Berufsberatung gibt. Nur gemeinsam mit allen Beteiligten: Branchenprofis wie auch Fachleuten aus der Arbeitsberatung und der Politik lassen sich zukunftsgerechte Lösungen finden. Im Sinne dieser Vernetzung freuen wir uns besonders über die gute Resonanz auf unser Pilot-Projekt."
Gesucht: Know how, Kreativität, Kompetenz
Die Chance in der Arbeitswelt. Keine Branche übt eine so große Faszination aus. Arbeitsplätze in der Wirtschaft sind attraktiv, entsprechend groß ist der Andrang. Und die Arbeitslosigkeit boomt. Beste Voraussetzungen für ein Jobwunder also?
Gesucht wird qualifiziertes Personal. Motivierte Mitarbeiter, die flexibel, kreativ und solide ausgebildet sind. Doch genau die sind nicht einfach zu finden. Denn neue Technologien in Produktion, Postproduktion und Sendebetrieb erfordern Personal mit neuen Qualifikationsprofilen. Veränderte inhaltliche Konzepte und neue Formate verlangen nach flexiblen Mitarbeitern, die gelernt haben, diese kreativen Anforderungen umzusetzen.
Für manche Unternehmen ist es schwierig, eine kontinuierliche Ausbildung zu realisieren. Sie arbeiten häufig projektbezogen. Große Produktionen werden in kurzen Zeiträumen mit jeweils wechselnden Teams von Spezialisten hergestellt. Und neue Technologien können nur eingesetzt werden, wenn es auch qualifiziertes Personal gibt, das diese Technik beherrscht.
Zur langfristigen Sicherung des Erfolges von Unternehmen auch im internationalen Wettbewerb ist daher ein breites Angebot an qualifiziertem Personal besonders wichtig. Denn nur so kann ein Umfeld geschaffen werden, das die Medienindustrie in die Lage versetzt, ihre Entwicklungspotentiale voll auszuschöpfen.
Auch Berufseinsteiger stellen sich die Fragen: Was soll ich denn überhaupt lernen? Was sind die Anforderungen, die zukünftige Auftraggeber und Arbeitgeber stellen? Wie kann ich mich dafür qualifizieren - und habe ich eine realistische Chance, mit der gewählten Qualifikation einen Arbeitsplatz zu finden?
Dabei reicht "Learning by doing" und "Training on the job" langfristig nicht mehr aus. Zur Sicherung der Qualität ist heute lebenslanges Lernen gefragt. Effektive und flexible Qualifizierungsangebote sind daher notwendig, um die Mitarbeiter in den Betrieben oder überbetrieblich weiterzubilden.
Ausbildungsinstitutionen werden mit sich ständig wandelnden Anforderungen und neuen, in der Praxis entstehenden Qualifikationsprofilen konfrontiert. Sie müssen den Bedürfnissen des Marktes folgen und die inhaltlichen und technologischen Entwicklungen in ihren Ausbildungsgängen berücksichtigen. Dies erfordert nicht nur den ständigen und intensiven Dialog mit der Praxis, sondern auch eine realistische Bedarfsanalyse und klare Definition der Bildungsziele.
